Children: 4-11 Years Old

Therapy with children often involves parents as well and always involves play therapy, expressive art therapy and/or Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).  Parenting support is also provided as your child is in therapy. Our therapists are equipped with specialized training to support children as they make sense anxiety, depression, coping with changes or trauma.

Please note that written consent must be provided by all custodial parents or guardians in order for the child to participate in therapy.

Youth: 12-18 Years Old

Therapy can be helpful in guiding teenagers through these difficult years.  Having someone other than a parent to check in with can be an invaluable resource.

Please note that written consent must be provided by all custodial parents or guardians in order for the adolescent to participate in therapy.
